Since the pieces are made from materials such as filament and resin, no refund will be granted for impacts or improper handling of the product, as its care is entirely the buyer’s responsibility. Delivery Policies
Deliveries will be made only within the city of Bogotá.

Delivery schedules depend on the courier company (usually between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.).
If the recipient is not available to receive the package, the courier company will contact the buyer to arrange a second delivery attempt, leave the package at a nearby pick-up point, or return it to the sender.
